RECIPE OF THE WEEK

STRAWBERRY SALAD

1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and dried
1 pint sliced fresh strawberries
1 small Vidalia onion sliced thin

Dressing:
½ cup mayo
2 T. white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup milk
1 T. poppy seed

Layer the lettuce, strawberries and onion. Add dressing and toss when ready to serve.
